OrikaTransfers provides chauffeur and transfer services in Barcelona and Catalonia. You can contact us at info@orikatransfers.com.
2. What data we collect
- Name, email, phone — provided when you make a booking.
- Pickup/drop-off addresses and trip details.
- Flight/train number if you share it.
- Payment identifiers (handled by Stripe — we never see card details).
- Basic analytics (page views, device type) only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. Why we collect it
- To deliver the transfer you booked.
- To send booking confirmations and receipts.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
- To improve the site (aggregated analytics only).
4. Cookies
We use one essential cookie to remember your consent choice. If you accept analytics, we also load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. You can change your choice any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what is strictly necessary with: Stripe (payments), Google (Maps & Analytics if consented), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting provider. We never sell your data.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@orikatransfers.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Retention
Booking records are kept for 5 years to comply with Spanish commercial law, then deleted.
