We recommend at least 12 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. Last-minute and same-day bookings are accommodated subject to availability — just call us.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track all flight arrivals in real time and adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra cost. Free waiting time is 60 minutes for airport arrivals.

How is the price calculated?

We use transparent fixed pricing based on route, vehicle class, and trip type. You see the final price before you confirm — no meters, no hidden fees, no surge pricing.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. For corporate clients we offer invoicing with net-30 terms.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%; within 2 hours are charged in full. Modifications are free subject to availability.

How much luggage is included?

Each vehicle class lists its capacity. Business and Premium sedans carry 3 passengers with 3 standard suitcases. For larger groups or extra luggage, choose the Van/MPV class or contact us.

Do you offer child seats?

Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify at booking so we can have them ready.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

Every chauffeur holds a professional passenger transport license (VTC), has passed our background screening, and drives a fully insured vehicle.

Question 9

Can I book for someone else?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Add the passenger's name and phone number at booking and we'll coordinate directly with them on pickup day.

Do you operate outside of Barcelona?
