Cancellation policy

We try to keep cancellations simple and fair. Here's exactly how it works.

More than 24 hours before pickup

Cancel any time and get a full refund. No questions asked.

Between 24 and 2 hours before pickup

Half the trip total is charged; the rest is refunded.

100%

Less than 2 hours before pickup, or no-show

The full trip total is charged. Drivers are already on their way.

Modifications

Changing the time, date, vehicle class or pickup/drop-off location is free and subject to availability. We always try to accommodate — just message us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe handles the payout; the timing depends on your bank.

How to cancel

Reply to your booking confirmation email, message us on WhatsApp, or call our line. Please include your booking reference. Cancellations are timestamped on our side at the moment we receive your message.

Exceptions

Flight cancellations or delays caused by your airline are handled at no extra cost — we adjust automatically. Force-majeure events (severe weather, strikes, road closures) are refunded in full for the unused portion.
